Q. Is hypnosis a dangerous form of mind control?
A. NO. Hynosis is extremely healthy for the mind, body and spirit. Hypnospa is self hypnosis session. You will begin with a guided meditation and then you choose whether you want to hypnotise yourself for results or just enjoy your session for its deeply relaxing and therapeutic benefits.

Q. Do I have to close my eyes ?
A. You decide. The closed eyelid only helps you to further relax to get the most ot of your session

Q. What if I am hypnotized and there is an emergency, will I wake up?
A. Absolutely! You will naturally wake up the same way you always do if you were napping.

Q. How many sessions will I need?
A. We will adjust your session schedule together based on your consultation and the results that you wish to achieve.

Q. How does it work?
A. First we sit down and I will do a thorough pre hypnosis discussion. This will halp us to determine exactly what you want for your life. What is stopping you or getting in your way of achieving your goal will be discovered. After that is determined, we will design a blueprint of your life exactly as you want it to look like.
