A LITTLE HISTORY ABOUT FALSE EYELASHES

False Eyelashes were invented in 1916 by D.W. Griffith, the American Film Director. Mr. Griffith invented false eyelashes for his epic, "Intollerance" in which he wanted actress Seena Owen's lashes looked very long that they would brush her cheeks when she blinked. However, False Eyelashes did not became popular until almost 50 years later in the 1960s.
